Anhua blades characteristics. |
A. The blades are the key component of the wind turbine. It plays a decisive effect on the wind turbine technical performance and product quality. The design and manufacture of the blade includes aerodynamic design, structural design, strength design, precision manufacturing, strict adjustment and assembly.
B. Material. Blade is made of fiberglass-reinforced. It is anticorrosion and anti-ultraviolet radiation.
C. Aerodynamic design. The blade model is made according to optimum aerodynamic design. The design parameters were finalized after several tests in wind tunnel of China aerodynamic research and development center. The wind energy conversion efficiency of our blades can reach 0.42.
D. Structural design. Blade is manufactured in a similar way to an aerofoil. There is a gel coat which is abrasion proof, antiaging and anti-ultraviolet radiation on the surface. Fiberglass and resin glue are laid according to load. The inside of blade is filled with polyurethane foam. Blade density is designed according to the ultimate load condition to ensure safety.
